Mr. Deepak Kayal:
Mr. Deepak Kayal is the architect of this group. It is due to his vision, passion, real and indefatigable energy that the group has rapidly expanded across various sectors within a span of just two decades. His ability of taking calculative risks coupled with his attention to detail has taken the group to not only explore new business avenues but also excel in each of them. A natural leader and a strong delegator he believes in the mantra-work smarter, not harder." His multifaceted personality and profound knowledge of businesses, industries and markets have made him a renowned figure among the entrepreneurial and political circles of North East
Mr. Manoj Kayal:
Mr. Manoj Kayal is instrumental in turning our vision into a reality through his strategic planning and impeccable project execution skills. His administrative ability and organizational skills ensure that every project undertaken by us is implemented smoothly and professionally. His penchant for researching upcoming technologies and gaining insights into wide variety of subjects has helped us to innovate and keep pace with the rapidly changing modern business environment. He personally looks into the welfare of all our stakeholders, a trait which he attributes to his well-known poetic skills.
Ms. Ragini Kayal
Ragini Kayal is an alumnus of The Welham Girls’ School, Dehradun who is currently pursuing a degree in BSc. Management and Marketing at the Warwick Business School. The next Generation entrepreneur of the Kayal Group, she wishes to carry forward the family’s legacy and build ventures which are ‘Sustainable’ whilst being innovative. This project is her first step towards making her dreams a reality and exploring the many possibilities of emerging technologies. Ragini also believes that it is imperative that the youth today give back to the community. She has been part of several social projects with the latest one being with Kshamata, an NGO based out of Mumbai. Here, she worked with women to help them become independent and empowered. Currently she is interning with the ‘United Nations Global Compact Network India’ where along with her team she is to write a policy report revolving around the liberalisation of the education system. Although this APP & Business model “EDUCATIONARY” ( A Complete guide for parents and students to help them select what is best for them ) is Ragini’s BrainChild, it is her father who with his pragmatic knowledge of the business field is helping her breathe life into it.
Arjun Singh
Arjun likes to find himself in challenging situations, and relies on common sense and keeping things simple at such times. An alumnus of The Doon School who did his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Mumbai University and Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow. Arjun worked with ITC Classic Golf Resort & ITC Grand Bharat for nearly 10 years, where he was looking after Marketing & Operations before joining The Doon School. Having turned a loss making golf course to profits and overlooking the establishment of the ITC Grand Bharat, Arjun has expertise in product development. Despite his passion for Golf, he finds raising funds for his school much more satisfying than finding sponsors for golf events. Arjun also spends some time with the students teaching them Golf, being a certified teaching professional.
